1.1. This Privacy Policy constitutes a part of M3TACUP Terms and Conditions and sets out the privacy and cookies policy of M3TACUP. By accessing and using our Platforms, you consent to the practices contained in this Privacy Policy. In the event of any conflict, inconsistency or conflict between this Privacy Policy and the Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy shall prevail. All defined terms contained in the Terms and Conditions shall apply to this Privacy Policy unless otherwise specifically stated.

3.3. Your personal data will be held and used by M3TACUP, and any third party hosting provider acting on its behalf, in order to run the event and for analysing visitor traffic with a view to improving the event experience for visitors.

However, where applicable, your Personal Data will be sent to those companies involved in the fulfilment of your orders (e.g. financial details like credit card or debit card numbers to those companies involved in the payment transaction). Our products and services are not directed to individuals under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 13. If we become aware that an individual under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to delete such information.
